As time passes on I have'nt a clue, Of where the
time went,but thats nothing new.
I'm used to it now,but I ponder still, as I strain
to remember but guess I never will.
Age plays a part,It knows it's role well.
No way to deny,I'm under its spell.
My hands shake a bit,and I don;t stand as tall, as
yesterday I did,But you know thats not all.
My words sometime slur, and don't come out clear,so
I'm misunderstood, but thats not my biggest fear.
My sweet memories of you, bring me great peace.
Though somethings are gone forever, this I must
keep.
For without memories of you,how could I be me?
My life held no meaning till I held you.
So I hold fast to my memories now, thats the best I
can do.
As time passes on.
